Quote sections

Parts of the house

Each section is a trade or a part of the house. Pick its type when you add it — Carpentry (cabinets by room, priced from L × D × material × Low/Half/Full band), Building & Structural, Floor & Tiles, Ceiling, Painting, Electrical & Plumbing, or Custom for odd items. Each type shows only the inputs it needs; every item picks a basis (cabinet / area L×W / linear run / count / lump sum). Non-carpentry sections choose cost + markup or direct price. Put {material} in a description and it fills in from the item's Material. Client quote shows the clean lot format for every type.
